This is the latest news we have concerning the forthcoming Channel 4 film/documentary to be shown on the 30th December...
From Alex Kiehl (Producer) to Steve Gill and members of Tsunami Support UK Thanks very much for your help earlier in the year with our documentary. We have now completed the film collating footage and interviews with survivors from across the world. It's been a challenging experience meeting and speaking with so many people who lost loved ones and livelihoods that day. I hope the film stands as a fitting memorial to the enormous loss that day.
Channel 4 will screen the documentary on Wednesday 30th December at 9pm. I thought that you would want to be aware of this and perhaps let other members of the society know so that they're aware and can avoid it / watch it if they feel up to it. I realise with the anniversary it will be a difficult time of year so wanted to make sure as many of those who lost family that day know about it in advance.
